According to your history - it indicate that your child try to urinate but don't do completely . So in this condition it's check to physically so please take consultation to do physical examination. Also some test required as CBC and ESR and Urinalysis to check any infection in the urinary tract and also do USG to check any obstruction in the urinary tract and any calculi from the urinary tract to kidney but in kidney stone generally pain is most important symptom so i think that stone or calculi possibility is less. There is also possibility of some weakness in muscle of urinary bladder . So what's exact cause you should take Consultation for correct diagnosis and treatment.
Health Tips
You should also give sufficient amount of water to your son .
