Hi Is limcee /Citravite XT can be given to Kid age 5yrs.? If Not, what other OTC be given to increase immunity and intake Vitamin c for kid age 5 years

Give him glass of lemon juice with honey daily every morning on empty stomach 5years kid please don't use tablets

Yes, it can be given. Then again, two slices of lemon contain enough Vit C to meet the daily requirement of Vit C of a 5-year-old. Add a lot of citrus fruits like oranges and green leafy vegetables. For general immunity, make sure he gets 1.5grams/kg of protein daily from all sources.
