Dr Pandian is right get a urine routine and microscopy done as it sounds like urinary tract infection. Keep her hydrated as frequent urination may lead to dehydration. Drink plenty of water. Can give her syrup alkasol 5 ml 3 times in a day ( mix 5 ml syrup in 1 cup of warm water then give ok). Tab Norfloxacin 400mg twice in a day for 5 day's ( after giving sample for urine routine and microscopy)
