Hi, Your symptoms are suggestive of anal fissure and its aggravated due to passage of hard stools. It can be managed medically. You need to take plenty of oral fluids, green leafy vegetables and increase fibre content of your diet. laxative, sitz bath and local application of anovate cream may help.
