Vit B12 defeciency
I have Vit B12 in rang of 160. Hence i started taking Nervijen a week ago. But this tablet did not suit me and cause side effects like difficulty in urination. Which other tablet can i take for vitamin B12 deficiency.
I do not have any other medical problem / allergy.

Usually vit B12 will cause allergic reactions on skin, sometimes rashes and breathlessness, difficulty in urination may be not related to that..
