B12 deficiency and high cholesterol
Hello doctor! I was diagnosed with low level of vit B12 and borderline cholesterol levels. B12 was found to be 179 pg/ml. I always feel sleepy, confused, unable to focus and some balance problems. Please advise. Should I take B12 supplements? If yes please prescribe a good supplement.

B complex vit is water soluble and needs daily replacement. As you are having low levels ,it is wise to start early. As far as weakness is concerned, it may be due to reduced hb levels or low testosterone levels. Take consultation for proper analysis
