That is way too high. And what about the LDL and HDL value? You have to control by statins, definitely need of lifestyle modification, like definitely exercise and less fatty or carbohydrates food, absolute restrictions to smoking and alcohol. Few other tests to be done, to see how long you have been exposed to the high triglycerides and what other side effects are seen. You can consult me about this.

Diet and lifestyle modifications such as weight loss, exercise and alcohol restriction, alongside medication such as omega 3 fatty acids and lipid lowering agents, help to decrease elevated triglycerides.

Triglycerides 614 is very high.. U have to control your diet - 1800kcal/day, and daily exercise for 30-45min is required... Try to avoid oily, baked and fried foods... And you have to start medication for your high TG levels, start Tab.ROSUVAS 10MG 0-0-1 and continue for 3 months.. If you have habit of alcohol and smoking, stop..
Next Steps
Repeat fasting lipid profile, TSH after three months
