Blood pressure
Hello doctor,will anexity/panic desoder will up blood pressure reading i am suffering with panic desoder when I went to hospital to check up first time it's showing 160/95 after 10mins it's showing 150/90

Hi dear yes stress and anxiety are common causes of rise in blood pressure and it is not healthy to have pressure around 160 coz then your body is at risk of getting other serious illness as well
So if you want you can let me know your blood pressures and we can work both on your lifestyle and medication to keep it controlled
