Does 3dtof.protocol diagnose carotidartery dissection does it miss dissection is there any chance i have taken mra because doctor suggested me to as i have preauricular pain it came normal but now I am having severe headache i am worried if 3d tof can miss it

Usually MRA won't miss carotid artery dissection. CTA or MRA are the two tests will advise when we suspect dissection. For your headache i need a detailed history, later only I can comment you regarding further investigation or any medication...
