Hi I have hypothyroidism.i regularly take Thyronorm 50mcg once in a day before breakfast If I take 2 tablet accidentally in one day Is this any problem?

Doctor my vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and i took my Last 4th Day 28 anti rabies vaccine on 15th February 2022 but today on 27th February 1 Hour Ago a street cat scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so how many dose of anti rabies vaccine i have to take ? Full course or 2 Dose ?
