Got scratches from a dog's nails. Took tetnaus and ARV injection after that, yesterday. Today he is feeling feverish, weakness and headache. Is that okay? Should he take any medicine? Also are there any food preferences or restrictions in this case?

I would like to know If I could take a massage..been traveling long distances from 2016 .. atleast 40-100km per day and 6 days a week.. feeling so exhausted and body is strained ..In that case , if I can take a massage ..what massage do i take? I know yoga/ stretches might help but not getting enuf time for time being

Sir my age 27, no bad habits, weight 80 , heightv162 cms, My problem is blood pressure sir some times not using tablets bp is 140/95 Using tablets also yesterday I take telma 20 and goes to hospital... But doing bp my heart beat very fast that bp is 185/90 why my bp raise using tablets also... Why bp is 140/90 with out medicine... My ecg(Sinus tachycardia), echo, renal function test normal iam Worry sir.... This bp only anxiety also raises bp i return to home my heart beat is normal Plzz attached yesterday ecg.. I m feeling dizziness and ligh headness from today morning.i m feeling like fog in my head. Like a hangover My bp is normal and sugar is also normal. Same It happened last year too and lasts for 15days This is not a virtigo as my doctor told me he said it is due to some eating habits or related to stomach. My doctor prescribed me following medicine Cap veloz d for 10 days Ciflox 2 for 7 days And i completely cured. I can't reach out my doctor right now. Plz guide me. What is this diseases???

Patient clo weakness from past 1 month ...all test has been done including brain ct and mri but no abnormality detected. But she is anemic with 9.5 of hb . So suggested ferium 1 k is to injected...how it is injected...is it in 100 ml ns or 250 or 500 ns ...pls give suggestions on this.

I have vit b12 deficiency .. doctor prescribed injection methylcobalamine 1 amp IM (ast) ...what does it mean , should I take this injection in drip or direct by syringe ...he wrote renerve plus injection & it is not available here so can I take any methylcobalamine injection ?? Need both answers ..
