My mother is diabetic and bp patient . Today i got her medicines . All medicines are correct. But instead of Geminor M3 chemist gave me Gluconorm G3. Pls confirm,  Geminor M3 and Gluconorm G3 are same??

I am on day 12 of my triple therapy for hPylori, this is my second treatment in last 6 months as the first time the treatment didnt work. After finishing the antibiotics, doctor said to take the PPI 2x a day for additional 15 days. After that, I was planning to retest if it has been eradicated or not. I have these questions.. 1. Urea breath test is better or stool test it better? (Better in terms of accuracy) 2. After antibiotics, as all my gut bacteria are killed, is there any probiotic that i can take along with the Ppi for next 15 days? Please help me to understand this..

I found lump day before yesterday on my left upper limb(above armpit). And today i got little itching in my neck and felling of unwell and lump is visible in mirror. What would be the reason of lump. And today i have also little fever. Lump is little hard and it is not totally pain less i feel only little(This may be reason because i am touching to frequently)
