Chest pain
I had chest pointed pain and tightness 2 days ago during night after dinner. Next day i took ecg and it was normal. And bp was 130/90.I can walk easily for half hour. However i have tinglimg pain in left arm. Should this be gastritis or cardiac problem.

Pain and Tingling sensation in left arm may be due to cardiac or neuralgic pain. Consult your nearest Physician for necessary evaluation and management.
