Flu

I am having headache since a week. It is continuously there but with varying intensity. sometimes it's quite low and some other time the pain is intense. The pain is mostly there in middle of eyebrow (in the left side of body) and the straight line to that eyebrow in the head as well as in the neck. Please suggest on this.

Sir my age 28 weight 95 ... I have been suffering from hypertension for the last 4 -5 years so I had one medical checkup every year so last month when I had my medical checkup my creatinine level was 1.15 but lab value was 1.4 then I did another lab to check my creatinine level again after one month I tested it and found that my creatinine level was 1.25 and the normal value of that lab was 1.40. I don't understand if my creatinine levels are right or high ...( Hemoglobine 14) Do i need any madicine orrr Diet for this creatinine ...

Have attached the prescribed medicines for chest heaviness, breathing problem, fast heart rate and dizziness. Please let me know if these medicines are ok as I am still having these symptoms.

I've a right chest sight pain from last 2 weeks, generally only happening when I'm coughing or streching my body or turning sides while sleeping.. If sleeping to right side i can feel shoulder pain as well..
