I was diarrhoea. Gastroenteritis .on 7may Medicine on O2 , spizilac , pan40 Stool motion controled. But in mouth new lesion begins.(lips and tongue) Uploaded picture. I am very anxious about the red spot . What is this?

My sister is suffering from fever (~102°c) since 25th March and on 21st April she was diagnosed with TBM through CSF study. Her CT scan and MRI reports were good. Consulting doctor has started the the treatment with AKT 3 and also recommend us to consult a Neuro Physician. On 29 we have consulted a neurologist and he has started the treatment with Akurit 4 Tablet. Now she has fever (~103°c). We are totally confused about her health. Does this fever is normal or not, if it is normal then how much time it will take to get rid from fever and headache. Please help us to find out the right way.
