I took etody-th in afternoon for backpain but in night I mistakenly had a small amount of alcohol. There was gap of 12 hrs between the consumption. Is it safe?

Hello Doctor Almost from 10 month I am facing cheast heaviness & burn. Due to this short of breath. But when I took Nitayam(aayuriveda for gas) it will go for 10 to 20 days easily. But it will start again. I am confused. Could any one suggest me. Shall I check with Cardiologist( taking bp tablets)  it is simply gas issue. 6 month back my fast sugar was 120. For controlling this I stop eating at night and avoid intake sugar and potato and rice as well. Now fast sugar is 98 and bo 115/75. Wondering due to skipping dinner having this issue. I ride cycle for 15km daily but no issue. Please suggest I need to bother and meet Cardiologist or shall I consider this as gastric

My cousin completed his Last 4th anti Rabies vaccine on 15th February 2022 from government hospital schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and today on 7th March 2022 a street dog scratch him with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should he have to take booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 Arv ?
