Can we take pan 40 with zerodol p after food for tooth pain? I know pan 40 has to be taken before food but i already had my dinner.

Hi, I am having more white and red patches on both palms after carrying bags. It disappeared after 4-5 mins. This was not a problem 4-5 years ago. After 34 hours of exposure i took this rabies vaccine from pharmacy out of the hospital,                      because vaccine was not available at hospital at that time and was going to available after 48 hours of my exposure. image attached i paid for my first dose as emergency now i need my 2nd and 3rd dose can i got for hospital vaccine.
