Hello doctor I have palpitations one day and I have done ecg it showed sinus tachycardia. And also I did 2d echo test ,blood test, and thyroid test all are normal . And a week later again I did another ecg it was normal. I have anxiety from 4 months. I'm using beta blockers now. But when I stop taking I'm feeling a little palipitation while I'm moving . What is the cause ? Is this anything serious?

Hello doctor I have lower back head pulsating pressure accompanied with palpitation one day so I consulted doctor. He checked my bp it was 160/90 on that day. So he prescribed some medicines. After using some days I'm normal. But one day I got palpitations. So I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia with 148bpm. So doctor suggested to do a 2d echo test it was normal and he prescribed beta blockers and a week later I took another ecg it was normal. I also did lipid, blood test,and thyroid test all are normal. But sometimes I'm feeling weird sensation like electric pressure and a mild palipitation like feeling in neck and chest somewhere.But when I stop taking beta blockers while I'm moving I'm feeling a sensation like some palipitation. I'm worried is this anxiety related? Pls let me know I'm attaching my ecg's .

I did a triple therapy with amoxicillin, clarithomycin and ppi. I did a second endoscopy, still the RUT was positive. I have been put on 2nd round of treatment with a different set of antibiotics. I am scared if this will fail, how do i ensure this time it's cured? Should I additionally take any other steps to cure this? Please guide me. This bacteria has reduced my weight a lot and created a hell lot of gastro issues in my life :(. Please help me doctors.
