Last tt date is 4 may .2022
Today I have fish bone inserted in feet and removed .bleed minor.
Should I need tt again?

Tetanus toxoid is not required so frequently.
Every 10 year a booster dose is recommended.
In case of severe injury with open wound TT can be repeated as Tetanus antibody titre Check in blood is more cumbersome, expensive than a TT shot which is safe and less expensive.
Practical purpose, can repeat TT every 5 year. That will be a safe decision
