Tt vaccine given on buttocks safe or not

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I took tt vaccine 4 months back , but that vaccine given on buttocks by nurse . Today little scratch by iron wire on outside while playing cricket. My fear is that vaccince give immunity or not because given on buttocks . I need tt again or not for today incident, plz give me detailed answer
