Vit d deficiency even after supplement
I have deficiency of vitamin d so i take opinion from doctor so he prescribed tayo 60k once a week for 6 weeks and then once a momth. But i take tayo 60 k from 6 months but still my vitamin d levels are not sufficient which is 19 ( normal is 30 ) ...so what can i do.....i have problem of hyperhidrosis so i cant stay in sunlight more than 10 min ...plz give some advise Plz note my all test are normal including thyroid , cbc , heart and all except vitamin d

You can start  increasing daily  Vit D rich foods like egg yolks,cheese,yogurt,spinach,okra,soy milk,mushrooms,spinach,liver,shrimos,salmon along with regular medications

Valid quiry, seems to have some issues with absorption of vit d, may be if oral is not working one can think of injectable
