You should take flax seed powder mixed with breakfast cereals , or mix it with sauce or mayonnaise and use it for making sandwiches.
You are perhaps taking it like Isabgol husk (directly as powder).
Please take one spoon once a day in the recommended form. The side effects may go.

Drink lots of fluids and fibre rich fruits and vegetables. Try stopping this diet for a few days and see if the constipation and gastric trouble decreases.
Hi dear
If the stomach is becoming hard then u need to visit a doctor nearby to get urself examined .
However if u have constipation and u are feeling uncomfortable coz of that then u can try this syp cremaffin
Take 2 spoons of it right now and see if u can pass motion .
U can repeat it at night as well
