Thyroid level 19 + body pains
Hi All, recently diagnosed with TSH level of 19 and was recommended 50mcg of dosage. Have body pains just below the shoulder at the back and joint pains. Also, what does "Normocytic normochromic with anisocytosis" mean? 1.Is the dosage sufficient for now? 2. Are the body pains because of TSH? 3. What lifestyle changes can be made? 4. What to eat and not eat? 5. How long should we not eat after taking a tablet? Thanks in advance

I just want to mention that dose of  50 mcg of Thyronorm is sufficient to start with. You have given a big list of questions.  Please seek consultation with a General Physician on Practo.  All your doubts will be cleared.
