After seeing my bp 170/135 doctor have prolomet is it a good medicine ? Or can bp be just controlled naturally ?

Hi Doctors, I have done few blood tests recently where I found that my vitamin b12 is 93 and serum iron 36. So doctor is suggesting autrin XT ...but there I see cyanocobalamin content is only 15 mcg per dose...could u pls suggest neurokind OD 1500 mcg is good or autrin XT for vitamin b12 deficiency.

30 male- I'm using topical minoxidil 5% for the past 3-4 years. Recently (2months) experiencing fast heart beats whenever I lie down. Its causing lot of disturbance to me. I want to use minoxidil as leaving it may cause hair loss. Any solution to overcome this problem??. Pls help.i read in minoxidil catalogue that beta blockers and diuretics can be used to manage the side effects of minoxidil. But what tablet to use? I'm not sure
