I taken otocin c ear drops. One time, but no use,

Not to take medicine immediately...it must be checked for localised or refered pain and intensity and other condition associated..u need consultation for proper guidance

You should never use Ear drops without consulting an ENT specialist. I
Ear drops, once they go into the ear, can never come back whereas in the case of Eye drops they will be washed out by tears.
Please consult an ENT specialist.
