Left Ear pain and hair fall
I have pain buzzing and heaviness in left ear
And have hair fall
Every day after waking up in the morning
I feel too much heaviness and buzzing in left ear
And headache and lots of hair on my pillow
I have these all problem whole day
But as I wake up feel too much buzzing and heaviness in ear
And after sometimes day passes
Feels little less
But I do have heaviness, pain and buzzing in left ear
And hair fall whole day
I had ear pain for long time
What could be reason for these all?

But most probably it is an ear infection .
For this we need to run some tests and come to diagnosis.
And also prescribe some medications.
