Throat is reddish but no pain. Severe headache. Occasional coughing. 103 degree fever. Body is aching badly. Please help 🙏

I am have cough since last 4 days . And having cold also. Not runny nose, but all that comes from nose to throat and I have to spit it out.  Currently no irritation ,or pain  while coughing. But because I am coughing lot so after that feel little discomfort after a coughing. Taking steam with nilgiri, taking honey but not much relief. Actually I wast get rid of on immediate basis as have some imp work.

After taking melatonin 2 days i am having sleep problems..i can't sleep for long duration and also my sleep is not deep sleep.. Also i am having anxiety.. Please help...

Sir what medication required to become normal platelets from giant platelets .in my cbc giant platelets are noted platelets range is 140000 .I have no any symptoms rest all parameters in Cbc are normal.

I have notice little bloody mucus in stool notice  only today  , I took colonoscopy 9 month back and took ultrasonography 2 month back . colonoscopy reveals piles in rectum and sonography was normal study , report also attached. Shall I do colonoscopy again
