I hope you all are doing well at your end..
Wanted to tell you about my sleep issues.
I am not getting proper sleep at night since 10 days ..sometimes i got sleep for 4 hrs sometimes for 5 hrs and sometimes not even a single minute at night even i am having proper food routine.
This is making my next day very lazy.
Please suggest something on this or any medicine you want to prescribe.

Avoid beverage atleast 2hrs before bedtime..
