After eating my food I feel pressure in my upper abdominal in left side it's happening around 1 and half year

28f Done serum prolactin it’s 89.53 by CMIA method . Symptoms -Upper back middle back pain since Oct 2020 (left shoulder blade(much when wake up and stretch and when doing work or sitting long and less when lying on bed) Left hand left breast pain and discomfort since 1 year Left head numbness and left eye twitching since 3 months On and off feverish symptoms but temp normal since Aug 2020 Milky discharge from both breasts since a week Medications- respiridone 1 mg used for 12 days Sodium valproate 200 mg twice using since 12 days Clonazepam half using since 12 days Escitalopram using since 12 days Milky discharge we noticed it on 7th day after using these medications before using medications there was no discharge after medications we don’t know when exactly it started but on 7th day we noticed it . Is it due to medications?when asked doc they told it qont cause that soon as I used it only for 7 days. Done MRI back spine which was normal Cbp (haemoglobin normal CRP -9 Esr 23

Doctor i completed 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccine Day 0 3 7 28 Last dose taken 3 Month's 4 days Ago and again i took tetanus and 3 intradermal rabies vaccine Day 0 7 28 Last dose was taken on 24th April 2022 but today on 19th April while morning walk a street dog scratch me with nails No Wound just drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 ?

10 days before my brother had cellulitis in leg( mild swelling, redness,pain, intermediate fever and shivering).He took antibiotics for 7 days now redness swelling fully reduced but still mild pain,  intermediate fever and shivering is not stopped.CBC blood test normal but CRP shows 66.6 mg/L.Now he taking p-650,azthiral 500 mg,lagirgod.s tablets .Now additional he got full body itching.should we need to visit doctor again?how long fever and shivering will last?whether itching is healing symstoms or worsening symstoms?

My mother aged 60yr old all of sudden got rashes under breast area. Photo attached. Its been two days and these rashes are bit painful and pinches. Could you please advise some medicine? And what can be the reason.
