I was laying on bed suddenly i sleep and suddenly i wake with fear and for a second i had no breath and heart what is this?

I'm 22, my height is 5.7 and weight is 59kg. I'm not obese. I dont consume alcohol. My lifestyle is sedentary. I do not have diabetes. I do not have any other problems. So why am I havibg fatty liver? (155mm in size) Please answer.

Sir/Madam, I got more than 102F fever 2 days before and went to the hospital to check up. The doctor told the nurse to perform RAT and they told me that I was positive. The doctor advised me 14 days of home isolation and some medicine. The medicines did not include any antibiotics. Please let me know should I go for RT/PCR and what are the new guide lines for home isolation and whether I have to go for RAT after 7days or after 14 days? I had covid last year and after that I took 2 covidshield vaccines last year.

Appears small painless bumps under the tongue. I have being watched it since last 8-9 months. Though I have consult with my general physician and he said that " nothing to worried about. As I am a regular smoker that's why it appears" But recently I noticed that it has been increased little bit. I'm a regular smoker. Some painless red vessels are also there. I haven't face any problem, nor any irritation, nothing. Actually I am little worried. Please give me some opinion.

Sir I went to doctor for rabies vaccine yesterday night 11 pm one dog licked my palm and sleeper and in palm cracks are present cracks like for which kreak cream that type I went to crack is not because of dog it is already present hope you understand and dog licked when went to doctor he told no need for Vaccine , rabies will only occur if infected saliva mixed with blood means if any deep wound which has blood or blood come by dog bite in that case only vaccine required is he true please tell I am attaching pic of crack please tell is doctor right
