Hi, I have had b12 deficiency in the past which took 2-3 months to get better.. However this time I never got myself tested but I could feel I am getting deficient because I had all the symptoms numbness and tingling, fatigue and some more. My doctor suggeste injections like before neurokind plus - 10 alternative days. I took 2 injections so far. However, seems like I have lost my appetite, I have heart palpitations and no sleep at nights from past 2 days. I am not sure if it is related to side effects. But definately want to know so that I can discuss this with my doctor.. or is it okay to have these symptoms in the beginning of the inj course..
