It appears like canker sore in upper lip frenulum. The cause of canker sores is unclear, but there are a variety of things that appear to trigger them, like injury, and food sensitivities.In general these are painful.

normally these sores heal in 4-5 days you can apply tea tree oral gel take vitamin b complex for few weeks
