I have horrible soar throat past 5/6 days occasionally itchy. No cough but only soar throat which makes if difficult to swallow . I started Corey syrup today. Please suggest any other medicine that I can take

Hi doctor, My cousin has milk in right breast and the other one has no or very less milk. And the size of left one is small compared to the right one due to milk. I had fever with shivers day before yesterday. Took two paracetamol tablets, one day before yesterday and one yesterday. I was feeling perfectly normal after that. Yesterday night I checked my temperature to find it 100.4degrees but wasn't feeling feverish at all, neither did I have any more difficulties. I took a paracetamol at night. Today morning my temperature was fine but it increased to 99.2 degrees at the noon, again without any external symptoms of fever. What could this indicate?

My father got tested for thyroid due to increase in weight recently.now reports suggests tha T3,T4 are  normal whereas increase in level of TSH which is 7.98 else it should be within 0.35-5.5 . Now please guide me that he should require a medicine for this diagnosis. Please do suggest me its a matter of concern as these.days he was feeling lethargic and his weight also increased so by self we got it tested.

I m suffered from typhoid from last 10years after every 6month i diagnose with typhoid ... should I take vaccine

I petted a dog & even touched his food bowl after eating but the dog was drooling and panting. Though I washed my hands later but might have unintentionally touched my nose. Since I had touched his saliva, I'm  very paranoid if the dog had rabies & if I should get the injection?

I have irregular brown spots appearance on hands arms neck which come and then disappear in a week or so.  Is it cancer?

Doctor i want to know after completing 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies vaccination schedule of Day 0 3 7 28 how long we don't need to take booster dose of Rabies vaccine Day 0 and Day 3 if again any Street Dog/ Cat scratch again ? In government hospital they give 4 dose intradermal Vaccine not 5 dose so how long booster dose not required if scratch happens again ? Or Vaccine required every time ?

Please reply? does begnin lung tumor be Metabolic active? My Biopsy report saying no malignancy but Pet scan saying Metabolic active soft tissue lesion in lungs.. Reports attached here

Every one have drooling problem in some point of time whether new born baby , young or older person .but since a month pass by my drooling is excessive, do I need to go to doctor?
