I am heaving pain behind the head and stiff neck left side little bit right side too and its feeling in upper side of eyes like eyebrows area and my fave is looking heavy like little swelled what is causing this,suddenly my face flow become dull from two days , is it cervical or anything else what should i do should i take anti-inflammatory for this or anti allergic

Doctor my niece's 4 dose intradermal Anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 Along with TT on Day 0 and she took 3 Vaccines till now her Last Day 28 Vaccine is due Tomorrow on 11th July but today evening a Street Dog scratch her with nails No wound skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should she need to Re-start rabies vaccination from Day 0 or she need to take extra dose of Vaccine ?
