I feel slight dizzy and tired after doing brisk walking.. I am a BP patient and I am taking Metosartan 50. Will this medicine cause low BP? I need to understand it's root cause. Checked BP when I felt dizzy and tired and bp was 114/74. Could anyone please help?

I have a dry cough with no mucus/flum. It came due to covid which was infected 3 weeks ago but still continues. I have benadryl cough formula syrup instead brnadryl DR So can i use cough formula one or will it worse my cough. Plz suggest

2 days back i had some street food at night, 5 hrs later i got stomach ache and i had loose motion and then stomach ache receded Yesterday night i again got stomach ache and after sometime fever as well. Today morning i had mild fever, i took dolo tablet after lunch and fever has decreased now A doctor that i visited prescribed 3 kinds of tablets for stomach ache which are Taxim O 200 Bactrim ds Biotrimds Since all 3 seem to be anti bacterial tablets (i happened to Google tablet names), is it safe to take all 3 together and is it required that i take all 3?

I am on letroz since 3 months as per doctor.My amh is 2.69.will it reduce after 3 months of taking letroz?

I had a continuous fever of around 102 deg F for the last 2 days, got CBC done and the report suggested viral fever. I have itchy skin when I lie down especially on the soles of my feet and palms. There are no rashes or redness. I don't have any fever now. Could you please help me figure out the reason of my itchy skin. I can't sleep at night due to it.
