Hello, before 4-6 days after my yoga i have a back pain, while walking the pain is not there, when going to seat or in some yoga posture the pain is there, while sitting straight pain is there

I had a cold last week and fever. Its been 10 days now. Fever is gone and the cough and runny nose is also almost gone but i am still not feeling good from inside. The energy which was there before the cold is not there. I have a trip comingin 3 days and I don't want to ruin the trip because of this :(

My father is 68 years old.4 days back he got fever & urine infection.Doctor prescribed medicines only for fever i.e. dolo-650 &l cin-500 & told us to check body temp every 3 hours.From last 2 days his fever was coming before the 6 hrs duration of dolo-650.And everytime the fever comes he starts breathing very heavily,he is also an ashtma patient.But today his body temp is 100,but he is not feeling sick.Why is this happening?

From last 1 year I am in extreme stress forsome reason in physical pain ndiagnosed with high cholestrol n met with hypothyroid too,hairloss in bulk amount like1000 strands(headbath)n daily300to400 strands.I am dealing with weakness all day.I am not able to do daily household work like cooking,cleaning all,as before I used to take 2 hrs for whole cooking a day but now it extends to 4 hrs b'coz of weakness n mood swings. Now whole day I ll take for these simple work.pls suggest for this.i consulted doctor n under cholestrol(5mg)n thyroid(25mg) now it's normal in range but from 1year i did lifestyle changes n diet(cutdown in carbs,sugar)for thatsake I thought my stool is not solid like before,it goes off in 1 force with urgently(1time go)bcoz of Fibre intake n low carbs.when I eat much carbs den it's normal stool.is it worrisome?also dealing with sleeplessness n running thoughts whatever I speak wit people in day it ll run in mind at night n stress for work 🥺😥pls help me to comeout 🙏
