I am 19 years of age and recently underwent a routine full body check. Reports came back with low leukocyte count and high eosinophils. I have enclosed the report. Is this significant, or should I ignore this?

My husband (31) got fever day before yesterday in night. Yesterday whole day the fever was 102 and 104 (once in afternoon). Went hospital and got drips and cbc and crp done. Platelet was 1.52 Lakhs. Rest all report data in normal range. Doctor told it looks viral. Today morning the temperature was in 99 range. Now from 6 in evening it's increased to 100. Is this increase and decrease expected in viral fever? How long we can monitor this at home and when yo go hospital?
