Flu

Hi doctor. I'm not having any fever or cold. Just having intermittent cough from today morning only. My question is what can be the cause? Can be due to allergy ? Or any infection? And what has to be done? Kindly advice.

I am having vertigo and balance issue whenever I walk I feel like I will faint or fall down even if i stand it feels like that but I tried standing for long time it doesn't happen. This thing is happening from 2 months I am unable to do anything due to this. Pls help urgent advise. I can't take consultation cause I am in UK

Dear Sir / Madam, With reference to the above, 3 months Back our pet dog was slightly bitten my son and immediately started giving vaccination for him and 4 doses is completed. Last Dose was 28th May 2022. But last 2 months our dog was given to my cousin to take care of it and today it has came to my home and slightly bitten my son again. My nose is completely blocked from him. Am taking breath from mouth. I had anti allergic tablet monticope doctor suggested but no luck after 2.30 hr as well I have azeflo nasal spray since I have allergy issue doctor suggested this long back. My question is I have taken anti allergic tablet by 7.30 pm no I can inhale nasal spray which is also anti allergic now 10.10 pm. Please suggest not able take breath from mouth. I already tried ,steam, garglar but no luck

Hi, I had done CT abdomen with and without contrast almost 3 months back.Now I have been advised HRCT chest,can it cause cancer in future,should I avoid?or is it safe to have?

My mother is taking eltroxin 100mcg and we have tested for thyroid today without taking medicine and food (empty stomach) result attached. Please advice whether we will continue eltroxin 100mcg or any change of medicine required.
