Is it true that most adults over 30 plus are magnesium deficient? Is it also true that any regular male adult can take below 400 mg a day without any side effects ? I am personally a smoker who is overweight and takes beta blockers 2.5mg prescription and fish oil with epa dha daily. Is taking magnesium at all helpful for someone like me who gets less sleep and nutrition only from outside food?
