Can i take magnesium citrate supplement on daily basis??? Or should I take magnesium Glycinate? It is safe to take it for longer duration??

If you are suffering from constipation you can start Lactulose solution USP 10ml. But if you want to choose between magnesium Citrate and magnesium glycinate, Magnesium citrate is better. Use only when you suffer from  Constipation. Don't use it regularly
