Dengue fever
My husband diagnosed with dengue 10 days ago.first day fever was 104 then no fever. But from within 3-4 he's having mild fever 99 only in evening and complaining stomach pain around navel area. Earlier platelets was 190000 now today platelets is 470000. Still he's not feeling well n abdominal pain

It may not be Dengue. His WBC count is 15000 and Polymorphs are 85% . That suggests it could be a bacterial infection, or a superadded bacterial infection over viral infection.
