Hello I am suffering from gastrological problem I take acogut 100 twice a day and famocid 40 Now suddenly 5 days back I had neck and back pain so doctor prescribed me zerodol TH MAX 4 twice a day for 5 days after took the medicine I pain was reduce in some extent Is zerodol TH MAX 4 painkillers?? Is it effect my stomach ?? And gastric pain

Hello dr. Had corona for 10 days in that 3 days of fever. Now it's clear, it's been a week. There is lingering sore throat and mild headache and some times feel warm. Mainly too tired and breathless even small activities. Any advice please.

Since yesterday night having tremendous headache, throat pain. From today morning feeling Feverish with body pain, throat pain along with tremendous headache. Also feeling like bloating, nausea.

Sir i have taken first 3 doses of   rabies vaccine doses in gluteal region(buttock) and last 2 doses  rabies vaccine in deltoid(left arm) region.after taking last doses i realise that world health organization say to take rabies injection only in deltoid region.so i m very confuse what should i do now.should i retake all the doses again..my 5th last doses completed on 14 july 2022..so you can calculate..kindly clarify my confusion

Sir please clarify my doubt yesterday I took my nephew to hospital for tetanus vaccination in government hospital  meanwhile there are many patients sitting for injection when pharmacist come to me he give me a prescription of a patient taking anti rabies vaccine sitting there I said it is not mine he take it my question is I have touched the prescription of a person taking anti rabies vaccine and after that come to home from hospital which take nearly 5-7 minutes and put that finger in mouth and today I looked that there is a healing ulcer in mouth can I get rabies by this should I take rabies immuglobin and anti rabies vaccine as wound is in mouth I have touched my mouth nearly 10 min after touching the prescription and why I get fear of rabies because that person is taking anti rabies vaccine may a rabid animal bite that person so should I get immuglobin or rabies is not possible in this case I didn't wash hand

After 5 months of fissure surgery , last 7 days I passed stool 3 times a day. That's why I feel pain and burning sensation in that area. Few days back when I passed stool , little bit blood coming out. From that day I feel pain and burning sensation after passing stool. Sometimes I got constipated. So I am very much concerned what should I do? Before surgery my weight was 70kg. My height is 167cm. But now my weight is 65.5kg. I am taking isabgol( psyllium husk) everyday bed time. I drink plenty of water and eat lots of vegetables. In spite of that I sometimes I got constipated. I missed my old days.( before surgery) should I take rice? I am scared to eat now. How long does it take to heal? Now if I force little bit to push the stool out from that time I feel pain. It is very uncomfortable situation. So please recommend.

Is it safe to give this syrup to a 14 years old kid suffering from nasal congestion and throat infection. For throat infection he has been given Azithral syrup.

Due to abdominal pain and vomiting sensation did an Ultrasound of Abdomen, which shows GRADE 2 FATTY INFILTRATION OF LIVER, WITH HIGH ECOGENECITY. Does this need Gastroenterology consultation or specific Medical treatment.
