Saline solution
I feel good and less dull and weak generally and it shows on my face. A friend once suggested I take I'm Saline solution. I scoop a spoonful of salt into a cup of water. Shortly after that, my boss commented the dullness around my face is gone. I stopped taking it after a while cause I fear it could lead to some health complications. Please I really want to know, what kind of medical condition could I possibly have?

Taking one scoop or spoonful of water in a cup of water will give you a 5% salt solution which will induce vomiting if taken regularly. It will also lead to a rise of BP.
Please avoid abdur treatments. I hope you didn't get a hint from Baba Ramdev .
