Can we take Teneblu M 2 times a day??
Hello sir My grandmother 73 yrs old. Her fasting sugar 168 n her pp 345. So Dr suggested Tablet TENEBLU M once a day. Now her fasting sugar is 136 n her pp is 278. So can we use Teneblu M 2 times a day. Please suggest sir.

One of the components of TENEBLU M is teneligliptine is given once daily either 20 mg or if required 40 mg So you can't give this medicine twice. It's her post prandial glucose level, needs to controlled . Monitor her fasting and post prandial glucose levels for 2,-3 days .and accordingly her doctor could modify the treatment
