My mom last 2 days onwards not feeling well suffering with fever and cold, used dolo650 but not yet reduced...plz suggested any antibiotics tablets ???

Due to season charge, it's very common.
Not to worry.
Take rest, adequate water, continue her regular medicine if any.
If temperature more than 101F, take calpol 500.
If fever continue more than 3days with productive cough, you may start antibiotics Amoxicillin 250 - 3 times daily at least for 3days.
Or can consult a doctor.

Take tab augmentin 659 twice a day after food for 5 days.
Tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days.
Plan for

Widal test
If issue persist.
