My vit d3 level is 15.87 and vit b12 level is 161 My haemoglobin level is 11.8 and RCB count is 4 which is less...my doctor prescribe me meganeuron od plus tablet Along with uprise d3...?but after taking meganeuron od plus for 10 days i have been facing side effect like constipation and loss of appetite... Age 39 years In my general checkup LFT results Total bilirubin 1.5 Direct bilirubin 0.2 Indirect bilirubin 1.3 Remaining Normal values. Medicine used for bilirubin but values did not decreased 15 days back also 1.3 only ( indicte bilirubin) Please suggest medicine and their problem above values.

I am having mild to severe pain in my legs especially toes of right leg like a stabbing pain. Then muscular pain in arms, abdominal pain and pain in my pallete and right tooth. However, no fever as of now. Currently under medication for vitamin d3 and shelcal XT. Can someone please suggest. I am not diabetic. Hope it's not arthritis.
