In my right knee, while walking i get a shooting type of ache, not pain. Idk if some nerve is pulled, i had a gym session 2 days back for shoulders after that its happening. Bt there was no pressure on the knee.
It doesn't hurt to touch, doesn't burn or no shooting pain down the leg. Only a pinpoint ache when i walk, not always too, when my curvature of leg becomes straight and i try to stretch my leg, then it happens. Please help me :(
Note: not pain, shooting ache type as if some nerve is getting pulled :/.

Avoid gym activity for a few days
Apply hot water pack
If pain will not subside or gets worse within a week's time , consult with orthopaedic surgeon

Hello welcome
It may be due to mild tear in the ligament or muscle around the knee.
Kindly take rest from exercise for one week
And always start the exercise with warm-up to avoid this problem
