Common cold, cough mostly due to viral fever.. Azithromycin is an antibiotic, no role of antibiotics (unless bactrial infection is proven) . So dont take azithromycin without doctors advice, it will only harm u..
Do salt water gargling, keep yourself hydrated, mantain adequate sleep duration..
Next Steps
continue paracetamol TDS and levocetrizine OD for initial 3 days .. if not relived, u can consult

Why did you take antibiotics in one day? Who told you to take such medications? This is the reason why you shouldn't google medications. You could've simply started with dolo 650 now ,you've taken Azee I'm suggesting don't go for it so early. Continue with dolo 650 and cetirizine is also fine however i need to know a bit details before i can give you your detailed medication. We prolly need a cough syrup too depending upon the extent of cough
