Urine become chalky after drying.. i am taking vitamin d supplement and iron supplements. Why my urine become chalky after drying of urine?

I have made a list which triggers my ibs d. very long list can't post it here shall I stop these items completely? the remaining items which doesn't trigger ibs d are very less. how to survive then?
