I am vegetarian and I don't eat other items which are high in B12 in year 2015 my B12 level was 149 in year 2019 my B12 level was 293 I took Hosit plus for long time and took injection as well for 1 month do I need to take B12 medicines forever?

My vit D score is 11...and on LFT test I got an SGPT/ALT Level of 40. What to do? Are the elevels concerning? What do you suggest?

Since 1+ month I am getting this side of joint pain. Its not pain as normal type when i push something with my finger it feels burning and achy. Only that area which is encircled. Please help me :(. Is this arthritis? I am 26 and I don't drink or smoke.. that area is also looking darkened. Cbc: Normal Sugar: Normal Uric acid: done a few months back it was around 6.7 I don't eat non-vegetarian much. No diabetes.

My doctor recommend me to take Pre-Probiotic Sachets( Bifi-Biotic PP) for my gut issues. I forgot to ask her how and when to take it. Please advice how and when(after food or before food) these sachets.
